PowerJack 30,000 watt LF PSW SP inverter in the modular 2 stainless steel case design AMG version:
yep, it has been an very elusive machine to obtain but finally the second box is supposed to arrive today 2/21/2023....
The stainless steel control box and the cables arrived yesterday via FedEx 2/20/2023...
it has protective steel endcaps on each end >>> i will remove them later today...
evidently they were working to ship through the Chinese holidays...
with the 149 dollar shipping (direct from China) and tax it cost $966.81 total.....
will it do 12,000 watts continuous????
more later 🤔😎
I will post pictures and details later,
I unboxed the control box this morning before the sun came up.

PowerJack 30,000 watt LF PSW SP inverter in the modular AMG4 version:
As you see the stainless steel control box has no UPS or charger function or fan switch..
it has the 2 connections for a Thor's Note Book but I did not buy one of those for this inverter (yet)
possibly just meter it out and add a meter with a shunt if I choose to... I rarely look at any meters and do not need or want to babysit things 24/7....
just simple and less problems of unknown cause that way....
I won't use a charge function or a ups function via the inverter anyway!!!
the battery is the UPS powered and replenished by the solar PV panels 😎
many users have had problems with the charge functions in the past , so better to KISS (keep it simple XXXXXX)
I will never hook it up to the grid electric system as it is for off grid use whole house, farm , & shop use etc....
I bought some Milwaukee ECX bits special for electric screws but I used a regular Philips screw driver to remove the galvanized shipping covers so far...
more later,
Wednesday 2/22/2023 blizzard conditions here again 😒

Milwaukee ECX bits special for electric screws
PowerJack 30000 watt LF PSW SP control box module design AMG4 version:
FYI: the round head case screws fit the #2 ECX bit; and the CHNT 100A breaker is installed with the #1ECX compatible bits(a good fit) ...had to check them out,,,,
for case screws / bolts >>> I still like the hex head machine bolts with the combination phillips/square drive better( they have a wider serrated bottom) and work with a standard ratchet or bit ... 😎
I think I will only utilize the 220-Volt AC output on this inverter....😎
again Keep it simple...
12000 watts divided by 240 volts equals 50 amps>>> hmmmm
12000 watts divided by 220 volts equals 54.5454 amps (not much more)
cooler wires at lower amp draw >>> that is the goal!
high amps mean hotter wires etc.
ASL10 toroidal transformer is reported to measure 5.5 inches by 10 inches.... I will open the separate modular 30000 watt transformer box eventually...to check it out... 🤔😎
ASL10 toroidal transformer is reported to measure 5.5 inches by 10 inches.... I will open the separate modular 30000 watt transformer box eventually...to check it out. My 5 wires ASL10.0 measure 5 1/2 by 11 in one transformer box for the NOT AMG with 3 AC terminal . Your AMG transformer box for AMG will have 4 AC terminals to match the AMG control box with L1 N1 N2 L2 . Hope the seller send you the 4 AC terminals transformer box . ( I think I will only utilize the 220-Volt AC output on this inverter.. ) mean to use jumper 2 to 3 and not how it is in your picture . The new ASL8.0 transformer made only for the AMG will also work and replace the ASL10.0 and the ASL11.0 which is a 3 AC terminal box and not for AMG . The new ASL8.0 is huge and heavy .
mean to use jumper 2 to 3 and not how it is in your picture .
yes, you are correct,,,, I will use the jumper between 2 to 3 to utilize the 220-volt AC output....and run the bigger loads on the 220 volts....on its own separate breaker panel...
thank you Dickson....
I definitely do not want to give bad direction to anyone else >>>. I just have not done that part as I work rather slow at times....
presently painting the inside of a house and family and the farm chores keep me busy etc...
I am still trying to get the android cellular camera to function better to take some pictures....
I ordered a 3 point crimper for work in tight spaces today.... improve my electrical tools selection....
I unboxed the SQUARE D 600-volt DC rated 200 amp safety disconnect switch yesterday and made sure it would function correctly.....
the snow storm seems to be slowing the delivery of some things...🤔😎
thanks and have a great evening....😎
Some of your packages from xiamenyixinshenggongmaoyouxian are delayed. They are scheduled to arrive on Sat 2/25/2023
how do you pronounce that name???
the PowerJack shipper out of Philadelphia PA warehouse
🤣🤣🤣
PowerJack 30000 watt LF PSW SP inverter 2 case module AMG4 version :
Are the CHNT 100 amp breakers wired for each leg of the 220 volt AC output????.... ((((breaker on the left for leg 1 and breaker on the right for the second leg ))))
I need to open up the control box....
the lid on the control box is stainless steel, but as i look at it closer the two ends are painted metal and not sure if they are stainless steel or not but I know one thing for sure is that they are not high quality stainless steel because they are able to accept a magnet dish for parts.... good high quality stainless steel is not magnetic.
the factory jumper prewire on the control box was set up for 110volt.( I will change that factory pre-wired jumper for 220 output only)
thanks all, it is going to get super cold out with the wind chill and more snow today (minus 14 degrees Fahrenheit tonight plus wind)🤔😒 but it is February in the north (typical cold)....
stay inside out of the cold and have a great day...😎
PowerJack 30000 watt LF PSW SP inverter 2 case module AMG4 version :
the output terminal block has two smaller wires on 1 and 2 ??? probably only measures leg 1????
upside down pic 3... sorry
the output terminal block has two smaller wires on 1 and 2 ??? probably only measures leg 1?? The 2 wires go to the 110 AC outlet and has no fuse or breaker for protection . I do not use the AC outlet . Te terminal block is protectrd by the 2 fast blow white breaker .

thanks Dickson,
i will not be using the 110 volt outlet either.....as i will wire it directly to a separate main breaker panel...with proper Square D QO AC circuit breakers...
I like the Square D QO products....for the AC side of things....
it all helps me to better understand the details better....
sun is shining but it is terribly cold outside this morning 🤔😒😎
PowerJack 30000 watt LF PSW SP inverter 2 case module AMG4 version :
PowerJack 30k inverter:
the 30k transformer box weighs 134 pounds of the 2 box modular 30k inverter, the contro box was 19 kg as reported by fedex or roughly 41.8 pounds....
that will be a challenge to maneuver the transformer box >>>> guaranteed
🤔
176 pounds and FedEx usually cost about a buck a pound,,,,,
so $149 dollars shipping was within reason i guess they get nothing for the boat ride expense end of it,,,,🤔
how can they do it so cheap????
how can they do it so cheap???? I get free shipping with DHL in 3 days from China . Ebay seller hide the auction iinverters in US warehouse for 5 months before shipping and the ebay seller know Paypal give refund in 6 months . The seller get free use the money if no dispute from Paypal .
that is sad that they play this hide the product to get free use of money.....
likely because the eBay auction was so inexpensive,,, but I think they hacked the eBay system....eBay will cancel them eventually....
yes, it seems they actually have several warehouses in the USA....as they ship out of at least 3 different warehouses...in the USA
