You'd want to set the "GEN Type" to "(On)(Of)" to get the keyed "on" and "off" pulses.
Okay I figured it out the wire colors threw me off. The plug is wired (On Relay)(Common)(Off Relay) the wires are (Black)(Blue)(Blue). Okay now the issue is the timer doesn't work it pulses it only 3 seconds not long enough to turn the generator on or off. I set it to 15 seconds, but that didn't change it.

Correct...internal wire colors were done that way to clearly indicate pin 1 for assembly. If "black" was in the middle, it'd be very easy to cross blue and blue.

I think I see the problem...not resetting an internal ticker. Bug report!
Upon closer examination and testing, I see where the reg was getting reset. With the (On)(Of) generator setting, and the pulse length set to 10sec, "On" is ~5sec, while "Off" is the full 10sec.
And I see why...🤣 .
